SKIP TO 0:42 FOR ALERT This is weird: they interrupted the forecast, but instead of the alert, they put on the 7 PM conditions for 29 seconds, THEN broadcasted the alert.

@elevatorsonly My area is a low EAS area (not counting tests). I got 2 of the 4 SVRs I have gotten from a station in Eastern Oregon I can access. Watches and TORs are very rare for my area and I probably won't get one. I was in fact expecting a severe weather day like July 31, 2010 (lots of warnings) this summer.
