@kingstog209 - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. was loosely based on Roadside Picnic, a book written 1971, about 13 years before Chernobyl happened. The mutants were created by the Zone, not the radiation. If you look into this you will note that GSC are always very respectful about the people effected by Chernobyl on their site, and frequently do publicity for the anniversaries, etc.
I could just as easily say that COD glorified war, which is far worse than one nuclear disaster.

no, Chernobyl was a horrible disaster, and that game had mutants & crap in it, ppl were mutated from the radiation. I feel like they were making fun of those people, screw S.T.A.L.K.E.R

@fight6661 Its a cooling tower. I know a bunch of people who have made the climb. I however ether not brave, or not stupid... I'd need climbing gear first..

There was nothing nuclear or radioactive about this place. It's an unfinished nuclear power plant and it wasn't even close to being operational. It looks like this place was about half done and then abandoned. Those people who were saying this place was radioactive... I'd say no. However, it did look like the reactor vessel was being constructed at 3:43. That or it's a generator.

@GrnArrow092 I forget what we decided the thing at 3:43 was. the reactor vessel's however are actually in place centered in the round containment buildings. next time I'll try to grab some shots up close for ya.
