v bar is for mass, rope is for striation and definition...anyhow dont get too caught up in the whole elbow bro science...too many bros in the gym and gymrat chicks think with bench press and tricep push downs that the way they position their elbows is the right way. do your tris hurt the next day and day after? then you did them right

Looks wicked. I've had pretty solid biceps for ages, I guess they're just naturally pretty big. But since I stopped boxing, my triceps have just gotten smaller and smaller. Keen to build them up again. Thanks :).
