One pop-traditional song which is in Shushtari scale which I would like to see being played on guitar is: Deltangi by Homeyra from the 70s (lyrics: Shab-e tarik-o man tanhaa, asiri khasteye ghamhaa, baraye tow delam tangeh, torow mikhaam tu in donyaa --- hanooz in ashk-e larzoonam, neshasteh ruye mojgoonam...)

@irannostalgiadotcom This song is not in Shushtari. It's is in Dashti. If you want to listen to Shustari on Guitar, refer to my video called "Bio Baremesh". That one is in Shustari and the prelude is a typical shushtari prelude.

On the Piano, you would use the pedal. There are however oriental keyboards that can play it right. In terms of music sheets, you may want to ask for Javad Ma'roofi's music scores that would have Homayoon scale in them as Shoostari is a mode of Homayoon.
