  • Hey i'll send you some info in a message, you should use it. also that workout isnt going to get any results. 20 situps is not enough to tire the ab muscles which you use basically all day every day. If you do this straight without stopping it might work (but i'd prefer you do whats in my message im going to send). 10 situps, 10 crunches, 10 r. elbow to l knee, 10 other way, 10 elbow to knee lifting both back and butt, 10 rotations which is crunch meeting left hip then right w/elbo repeat 2x's

  • @mezmir I couldn't get out of bed the first day I did this workout, except that I did 40 situps the first time. I'm working my way up to 50 a day (but my stomach is rather sore still), and that isn't the same kind usually. As you said, elbow to knee's and reachers and such is what I'm doing. I'm working my way up.

  • Those tress are awesome. Taco bell isn't horrible if you get a taco fresco. Anyways good luck! =]

  • @LosingitwithPHIL Really dont wanna be getting any fast food at all, you'd be surprised how much fat/calories even their healthy menus can have. If you know you'll be hungry, bring healthy snacks like fruits and stuff. :)

  • @mezmir So very true, I ate out once 3 times a day, at quizno's and subway and such once and thought you know, I ate salads and sandwitches? I'm sure I didn't eat a lot of calories but I counted them later that night and I had 3500 that one day. I also hiked a strenuous 4 mile trail for 3 hours that same day but ya know, still.

  • @LosingitwithPHIL I'll keep that in mind, though I am trying to limit fast-food but when I do have it, I want to make the good choices. Those Fesco's do look really good with all that tomato.

  • SHAME ON YOU for taco bellin'. xD

You're still doing well though =]

  • @mistresspaco01 In order to gain my 20lbs before I started cutting (down to 150 where I am now) I was taking weight gainer, and eating healthy food to hit 4000 calories. But I workout like a beast, even a 4 mile hike should never require that much caloric intake. A mildly active person around 150-170 shouldnt be eating much more than 2000 a day for maintenence so keep that in mind.

  • @mistresspaco01 Dont ever work a muscle every day. Your core especially. You should break your workouts down into 3 chunks spread over 3 days, pushing muscles, pulling muscles, and legs. A sore muscle is a healing muscle, working it more only damages it and keeps it from growing. NEVER work a sore muscle. Soreness is a good sign. Its ok to do a VERY LIGHT workout to get blood through a sore area to get blood through it and help it heal however.
