Bernard Hopkins Media Workout 11/30/10

15Rounds.com --- Bernard Hopkins works out for media at Joe Hand Gym in Philadelphia. Hopkins will square off against WBC & Ring Magazine light heavyweight champion, Jean Pascal, on Dec. 18 live on Showtime.

The fight will take place at the Pepsi Coliseum in Quebec City, Canada.

Pascal vs. Hopkins is promoted by Groupe Yvon Michel Inc. and Golden Boy Promotions and presented by the Casino de Montreal, The City of Québec Tourism, Coors Light and Videotron. The 12-round world championship fight will take place December 18 at the Pepsi Coliseum in Québec City, Canada and will be televised live on SHOWTIME in the United States and distributed on pay-per-view in Canada onCanal Indigo, Bell TV, Shaw TV and Viewer's Choice in French and English.

@cherokkee1 It's very easy to be deceived into believing that Bernard has lost the spring in his step, it's all psychological when bearing in mind that he can go into the ring and make a 26 year old Pavlik and a 27 year old Pascal look like amateurs, guys 18 years his junior and all at the ages of 45 and 46, don't be deceived this guy deserves his place not only for his exploits at middleswight but for what he is doing to this day. It's all perceived age until you get in the ring with him

@badongerzki Oh yeah? Do you even know if he was trying to punch his fastest??? Are you aware that when many boxers train they wear HEAVY gloves in order to increase hand speed for the actual fight?? I'm not trying to undermine your comment at all btw. But hey I have an idea!! Why don't you get in the ring with him with 10 oz gloves and fight for 10 rounds!! And then when you heal from your injuries and get out of the local hospital, call me and let me konw if you feel the same way !! lol :)
