I have the same boat but I am going to get a new fast motor for mine with a new 2 channel servo and everything so I can tow it behind my rc rock crawler and my trailer

Yes, I was going to say weed. I've had that problem a good few times. Also, I've had crab line around my prop too.

Interesting video. Were you able to figure if anything was wrong with the boat, probably the batteries? Get it up and running and show it's cruising speed. :)
