Russia is Distributing Fake Passports

Russia claims it sent troops to South Ossetia, to 'protect' Russian citizens. here is a prove how russia creates their citizens in Georgia.
By issuing an estimated 4,600 passports in South Ossetia last week, the Kremlin is preparing to annex the territory.

No country has the right to grant its own citizenship massively to the population residing in the territory of another country. This is an attempt to re-tailor internationally acknowledged borders. But Russia has done this. And this is a fact. Now it is using the pretext it is protecting its citizens to invade whole of Georgia. The proper word to use here would be passport holders, NOT citizens.

"The Russians are telling everyone in the town they must take a Russian passport," said Akhalgori shopowner Guram Chkhvidze. "One came to me and explained that if I did not take it, my safety could not be certain. I was scared, so I am leaving."

Tatiana Lokshina, a Russian researcher for Human Rights Watch, who visited South Ossetia, said trips to hospitals and cemeteries, and conversations with residents had failed to corroborate claims by Russian and South Ossetian authorities that thousands of civilians had been killed in the region.
