I have the same system, but my fps is totaly shit, 800x600 only 10 to 13. I would be grateful if you could tell me whether you have used any tweaks, because I spent some time now trying to get GTA IV run better. Thank you in advance.

That was January 2009, now I have completely another PC and sorry but I Can't remember tweaks I used because I don't play GTA IV anymore. It can't even run properly on my new system so:

-Core 2 Duo E7400 @4,1 GHz

-HD4870 1GB

-2 GB RAM

No more GTA IV :/ :D.
