A boy would say the hood grille 'extracts heat', but a reviewer should say it creates a low air pressure zone, pulling cooler air up through the bottom of the engine bay and through the front grill through the intercooler :)

@1SirCarlton im just glad both chevy and ford are back at it again so that we the consumer get to have top notch vehicles whether your a chevy or ford guy

@MichaelH210 well i knew the ZL1 would outperform the Boss. IMO its the same as the original. a low displacement, high revving track monster (Boss). ZL1 is gunning for the GT500 so what were those people smoking? lol i believe C&D or R&T got 11s out of the ZL1 though dont rememmber for sure

@1SirCarlton and i thought MT said the zl1 had the better handiling b/c it could brake late and keep its speed out of the corners higher which is why the zl1 pulled away even faster on the straights

Also i know alot of people said the zl1 would lose to the boss and it didnt (i know you didnt state that in your comment) also motortrend said the zl1 would easily hit 11's in the 1/4 if they had a decent track to test it on

@MichaelH210 thats just pointing out the obvious & what everyone here already knows. 444hp vs 580hp. if the Camaro isnt faster than the Boss then theres a problem. hell if you want to be fair its only 3 tenths faster in the 1/4. and even less for the current GT500 and MT picked up better handling numbers from both Mustangs than they did from the ZL1. i'd rather have the Boss.

@1SirCarlton what else is there in performance wise seeing how it corners better and has better acceleration and is faster. so thats what kind of statement that was stating its better than the boss
