He's not so dangerous. He's one man. Who supposedly had a bomb. Does he have any bomb supplies? A gun? No. So why do you consider him so dangerous? What do you want? Why is a foreign operative for Al Qaeda who committed an act of war on the USA arriving in a civilian court with a taxpayer funded lawyer?
Why isnt he at Gitmo being interrogated by the CIA and OMI as we speak?

Who wishes to defend this travesty in a respectful manner? I welcome the opportunity to discuss this issue calmly with someone who believes it's good policy to treat illegal foreign enemy combatants in the same manner as muggers.
