hahaha, you can't be rude to someone unless you know you're doing it. Therefore, By Jimmy calling his treatment of the guest rude , he is stating that it was intentional, and therefore Opie has a personal problem with Shawn, but when Opie brings that up he screams "STOP PUTTING WORDS IN MY MOUTH, i DIDNT SAY THAT, i JUST SAID YOU WERE BEING RUDE TO HIM!!" LOL, Jimmy is a boob.

Opie was the one losing it. Later he says that Jim is paranoid and negative about management. Who's the one that always bitches about his contract and throws his bosses under the bus? Norton is the best thing that happened to the show. He doesn't often whine about being fucked over like he really could.
