Mohammed Iqbal, the man who so lovingly wrote this song about his MOTHER INDIA, Chose to be a Pakistani after partition. he was a KEY PROLIFERATOR of TWO NATION THEORY.

He rephrased the song to "Saare jahaan se achcha, Pakistan hamaara" later !!! ha ha ha !! So much for his patriotism. I was shocked when my hindi teacher, mrs Sashi malhotra, told me this in sixth grade in Chennai, India.

as for indians migrating to other nations, it is GOOD for India! It always helps to have a large Diaspora.

he did not chose to be a pakistani after partition. He was the one who came with the idea of pakistan. He died in 1930s, way before the partition took place.

We all believe all our teachers tell when at young age. The teacher was misinformed. He never wrote a song with sare jahan se achha pakistan

@chaitanya183 No, Allama Muhammad Iqbal was the writer of this Urdu patriotic poem 'sare jahan se'.

You can find it in his Urdu book "Bang-e-Dara". Although it is true that he died before partition in 1938 i am a student of Government college where he studied. He wrote it while sitting in amphitheatre of college. If it was not Iqbal then who was he?

It is a country rapidly already on the rise, and statistics from the CIA, and IIS, have stated that in 15 years, the Indian economy will surpass that of the USA and of UK. This just shows how hard working Indians are, and how they can get from the state they were in when the Brits left in 1947, to one of the powerful and influential countries
