Rapportato a Star Blazers e Capitan Harlock l'atmosfera è molto più drammatica,non ci sono dubbi su questo! Leji Matsumoto,nel caratterizzare il galaxy express,gli ha conferito le fattezze dei treni anni 30 guidati dalla celebre D-51,una motrice che in Giappone ha fatto la storia delle ferrovie,come da noi la Littorina o il Settebello. Un effetto"retrò" che acuisce la senzazione di drammaticità di cui la serie è permeata rispetto alle altre 2 che ho citato!

I didn't expect it to be in espanol.

After 10 years of study of maetel it's still difficult for me to pinpoint what she is.

What I do understand is

1. she's is brutaly attractive

2. her name is simular to the matel toy company

3. her mother was extremely evil

4. she is not evil because she resisted her mothers evil commands.

I'm going to step on some thin ice here and suggest she is also a representation of the eternal feminin therefore can not be destroyed.
