I find that lemmon on the salad makes a big difference. It's hard to find a *Good* Caesar salad. I went to a restaurant and asked for a Caesar salad and they asked me "What kind of dressing would you like?" ok.... Great video!

don't find the cigarette revolting - its a different country - you aren't smelling it, and the tourists are way more tolerant;
and therefore get to enjoy the one and only correct caesars salad, invented by Caesar Cardini just like xlntpix says.
I'm sure santini mixed the ingr. 4 the dressing 4 if one runs out of ingredients ANYTIME Mexico....

If fresh parmesan cheese were available they would use it, it's not so they use "Kraft" or whatever else is avalable.
