Ok I know this one isn't the best and we do better than in the video. It's still good though!!! Ummm oh btw we only learned this a day ago so don't hate !haha! i plan on posting more in hopefully a couple of days so ya enjoy!! (maybe ill have my coach re-film it when it looks better)

If the prep flyers pulled their feet in a little bit more the cradle would look tighter and teh bases could probably get them higher.
