Blue Breaker [ブルーブレイカー] Introduction - Sega Saturn

I figured since I'm going back to Sega Saturn and I had to "fix" my old opening for Blue Breaker, I might as well put some footage for this game one time. I was actually into this game a few years ago, but I think I lost my data to the game when the internal memory battery crapped out. If not, it's on one of several memory cards. I'll add more to this description when I refresh my memory, but basically, you are "Kain" (spelled Kein in later games such as Blue Breaker Burst) who travels the land fighting evil and lookin' for romance.

In the beginning, you (the player, not Kain) are met by a shiloutte who you will soon discover is the "Dark Lord" (called Dark Load in the manual.). He basically asks you what elemental sign you want to be out of six available: Norlis (light), Torray (fire), Colda (ice), Sogaia (land), Ogre (wind), and Rodis (darkness). This determines Kain's elemental abilities. The fighting engine is incredibly rudimentary and fighting will soon become a non-issue. The game really became popular for its somewhat free-roaming design and unpredictability. You can meet several girls and there are many variables that effect where you'll meet them and whether or not they'll join you. With lots of anime cutscenes and many different endings, this RPG is about building relationships with characters with the typical stuff found in normal RPGs tacked on for good measure. It's not for everyone. Enjoy.
