The Posse Comitatus Act is the United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) that was passed on June 18, 1878, after the end of Reconstruction. Its intent (in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807) was to limit the powers of local governments and law enforcement agencies in using federal military personnel to enforce the laws of the land.

Read what rights you have left. The ones that the Constitution protects. The ones God gave you. They have been rapidly vanishing since 2001. Crime is down except for the psychos that come out every year, but cops are still getting more and more power. Compare the current situation in our country with the histories of our enemies at the times when they spiraled into totalitarianism and communism. There are too many similarities. Maybe a coincidence. Either way this should not be ignored.
