Very cool, indeed. I'm just curious though, as a Mortgage lender, was this home able to qualify as a construction loan, because I could see where this might be consider a 'unique' property/home and might be more difficult to lend on, until more homes like this become a standard? Just curious.
I definitely would consider this as a viable home option. Also, cost?
