The vaccine hoopla took place like in early 2007, and it was an executive order to help prevent cervical cancer so that's where the vaccine came in, well the catch was it was solely up to the parents if their daughter get the vaccine and they could opt-out... however, people who don't like Rick won't tell you that. But that's what it was, and it actually never happened so people telling you about it are just losers. Seriously, there's even video of him clearly saying parents could opt-out.

I love Rick Perry for standing up like this. He is watching out for Texan's rights and interests. I must agree with all the people who have been saying, "Texas should secede; we would be fine on our own." If secession were to come our way, I would run to the nearest recruiter to sign up for the Texas army.
