[January tutorial] バレンタインの弁当★ モカちゃん (Valentine's bento - moccha-chan)

Happy New Year everyone!! A little late but better than never. hehe! I forgot to record the marinade part; hence I did a voiceover instead. haha! Here are the ingredients.

Spicy fry chicken
=============
For marinade:
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp of sake

- 2 chicken wings
- 1 tbsp of gochujjang (korean chilli paste)
- quarter of chopped onion
- 2 tbsp of reserved marinade liquid
- 2 to 3 tbsp of oil for frying

Stir fry mushroom
=============
- 3 types of mushroom (I used shimeji, enoki and maitake)
- 1 tbsp of sake
- 1 tsp of sesame miso paste
* You may use salt and pepper instead.

Spring roll
=======
- 1 spring roll skin
- 1 slice of ham
- 1 slice of cheese
- Some enoki mushroom
- Dash of spicy miso paste (optional)

Moccha-chan
==========
- Warn white rice (amount depends on how big or small you are making)
- Soy sauce for the color

Heart shape birdie
=============
- Cheese
- Heart shape cutter
- Crabstick filament for its beak
- black sesame seed for its eye
- Flower marshmallow as moccha's flowers
- Ham for her mouth
- Seaweed for her eyes
- Strawberry as hearts

Misc
===
- Lettuce as the base for moccha
- Random carrots and cucumber for my last minute changes to fill up the remaining space. haha!
- Strawberries
