Booster Or Seatbelt??

How to tell if your child needs a booster or can use the seatbelt alone.

When your children start asking to use just the seatbelt, possibly due to friends being out of boosters too soon, this video can help you decide if your child is ready, and/or give you the answers to why they have to keep using that booster seat.

Every child needs a booster seat until they are 4'9" tall.

Damian is my leggiest child, and he's not that leggy.

It may sound odd, but some adults find they need a booster... if you can fit it comfortably, it may help the belt fit.

Thank you! My DS who is now 10 yrs old has been in a booster since outgrowing his carseat. I always thought that he looked too short to use the belt alone. After doing a lot of research lately and seeing your video I am happy to find that I was right about him needing a booster seat all along. :) He is only 4' 3" so he knows he is going to continue using his boster seat until he fits correctly w/o one.

Just curious what vehicle you have. I'm 5' & never found a seatbelt in any car that doesn't cut into my neck.
