@ bitzman1440 then don't watch his videos.

Your opinion means crap

@floatingaxehead Damn, now I have to look up "cognitive issues" THANKS
-
@floatingaxehead Ya, I guess it did sound a little hippie. Marksmanship mindset sounds way better and I think we would all enjoy your insight on marksmanship mindset. Thanks for the great videos, they do help fill the void after listening to an episode of the Preschool kids on the Gun Dudes. I guess they'll do....lol

Eric, I miss listening to your podcast, good luck with everything. Nice to see you YouTube uploads.

cool, but remember this, if you ever try to close on a hostile at that range without covering fire your chances of getting hit go way up.

@Fockersnextdoor LOL. Ok, true... But this was just a game. Just a cheap way to get in some practice doing things a static square range won't let you do.
Anyone who would confuse this for "tactical" training or something like a Magpul Dynamics class has more cognitive issues than I know how to address. LOL. This is just another marksmanship exercise and tool in the toolbox. But if shooting competition was good enough for Jim Cirillo, than I'm certainly not above it, either.

@redmule02 Yeah... I really wish I had been on an AR. I didn't like the balance, iron sights or ergos of the Beretta at all- it was just so radically different from what I'm used to. But hey, practice is practice, right?

Outstanding video and great highlights. I was reading a subject about the TAO. In short its Visualize the hit and think positive before, during and after the shoot. Being aware of your senses and blocking the "background apps" in your mind. Welcome back to the Pacific Northwest.

@jonsthedrummer02 I'm normally not one for "eastern mystic hippie garbage", but you're absolutely correct and it makes a HUGE difference. I couldn't tell you a single physical thing I changed from those first three shots- but I was aware of getting my mind right. Maybe I should do a video on marksmanship mindset?
