Ideas plz because if its left as it is now, then there will be another uprising in 20-30 years time, we will be back to square 1! If a political solution is found then it can become a 1st world country!

Federal system? or a unitary state with a president to represent ealam tamils?

or people of ealam joining as another state with India, which is what Nehru proposed in 1950s
