For those of you who are having problems, you have to use the setup file in the .rar download and not the setup from CommView. If you already have CommView installed...Uninstall it. (You will get a DLL error if you don't) Then delete the CV.exe file in the CommView folder in the program directory. The final step is to copy the CV.exe file in the .rar file back to the CommView folder in the program directory. This is all in the video and it works every time. thanks for the video Whorifi
