At the end of the production I saw, before the final blackout, there was a quote by Charles Schulz, it was "Be yourself, no one can say you're doing it wrong." And I think that made the entire show.

It's kind of like God writing you a letter and rationalizing your whole existence.

My university's theatre department just did this show and I went to go see it being a huge Peanuts fan. I literally cried at the end. It was amazing. Really grabs you when Beethoven walks out at the end.
