thats why i really like ITF taekwondo so much because they value punches which WTK never does. It's so sad to watch those WTF fighters with those arms hanging down as if they didnt have arms at all!
I wonder why the fuck WTF has ignored punches so much.

Pardon my ignorance, but it's hard for me to get my head around that. When you guys spar for belt promotion, do you go full speed with puches to the face, or do you pull them? How are punches scored in competition. Don't mean to be a pest...I'm just fascinated by martial arts, and I'm trying to educate myself. Thanks!

@ricks1019 This is ITF Taekwon-do, it differs from WTF Taekwondo, in the International Taekwon-do Federation you are allowed to punch to the face.
