I think of a hot country biscuit when I think biscuit. How does shortbread qualify as a biscuit? Calling shortbread a biscuit is simply criminal.

I sure did make that mistake when I first went into a restaurant in America and wondered why they were putting biscuits with steak and the like.

Shortbreads are kinda' biscuits... ish. They taste like them anyway.
