@antonbark1and agreed. terrible form for shrugs, its more about momentum created by the legs.
-
@sillyroe you do realise how much it would hurt if those bells clipped the outside of his knees dont you? Also steve maxwell's glutes would be 100x stronger than yours buddy.
-
@yahoopl3 No, sorry. Sad is the wrong word. Juvenile is the words I was looking for.
-
@yahoopl3 What a sad reply from you.

@davecyco lmaololol...a catholic...no wonder....catholics are some of the most fucked up people around....they are akin to guys who claim to be bodybuilders but never go to the gym and eat 7,000 calories of candy and fat per day. Catholics do nothing but distort the Bible. You are one fucked up individual, son. Now, stop being so insecure about your fatness and get in shape. Then, you'll stop whining about guys who workout without shirts.
-
@yahoopl3 On the contrary, not wearing a shirt is sinful, because it can be an occasion of impure thoughts to members of the opposite gender. Besides, men and women should dress in a fitting and dignified manner that is becoming of their dual nature, body and soul.
No, I am not fat or a piglet; I am a Catholic who eats well, regularly exercises using kettlebells, bodyweight, sandbags, etc., and who routinely carries 110 pound bundles of shingles up a ladder.
Thanks for coming out.

@davecyco not wearing a shirt isn't immodesty....you must be a fat piglet

Steve Maxwell doesn't need your training and is a true expert in functional conditioning.
-
@antonbark1and Maybe if he was using a large range of motion. But he was not. Considering his joints are strong and flexible, his form was fine. But he definitely needs to start wearing a shirt. Modesty > immodesty.
