I think Kingdom Hearts has one of the best video games soundtracks out there. Along with DKC2, Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess, Wind Waker, and Bioshock.

Saria's song needs to be brought back, touched up and all, but not fiddling with the layers or the melody or riffing or the tempo, just touched, that's all.

Fell in love with it the first time I heard it, which was in Brawl. Actually, not quite... I had rented SA2B once, but I didn't remember the song, so that doesn't count. And now that I have SA2B, I can listen anytime :)
God, Sephiroth... He always murders me. KH has so many great tracks. DKC2 also has legendary music.
