Taking fish oil regularly can help lower cholesterol because it increases the production of HDL, in turn lowering the more harmful LDL cholesterol. Take fish oil in liquid or capsule form with health information from a registered dietitian and licensed nutritionist in this free video on dietary supplements.

  • Good information. Do you know about how much I could take per day? I weight around 185 and lift weights 3-4 days per week. I am also taking a multi vitamin along with other supplements. I divide my intake to two equal portions per day, one in the earlyier hours and one serving in the evening.
