@yllnmyntsk Once you develop glandular breast tissue, it is impossible to burn it off by excercise alone. It doesnt matter how many chest exercises you perform. The ONLY way to get rid of glandular breast tissue is by surgery. As a matter of fact, this is Dr. Blau's video and Im sure he'll answer himself. I think both of us are intelligent enough to accept his answer as the truth.

@blackbeltcrane Of course I do, I've lost weight and conditioned myself before. Its a condition caused by simply hormonal changes or genetics, also roiding which is why you see some bodybuilders with it. A person who exercises to certain desired levels (without steroids) can not only lose weight, but slim down zones of their entire body. Its a practical solution even recommended by doctors, diet, cardio (important to overall conditioning), chest exercise, research it and you'll see I'm correct.
