Only people like you should have a pit bull. Guys that keep them confined and frustrated, or don't know how to handle them are just looking for a trouble and destroying the dog. Beautiful dogs.

@zachdank Buddy, I wouldn't even give that guy a moment of your time in response. A well trained, human acclimated Pitt is one the safest, most loyal breeds on the planet. Those are real life statistics based on temperment. Unfortunately, the media has picked them as the current "monster in your neighourhood" for ratings. Just like the Doberman and Rot's used to be. The sheep have no memory or attention span, and are too lazy to actually research themselves for truth, this is the real problem.

@18koopatroopa I have great experience with dogs and I only had a pit bull for 4 weeks. I would call pit bull "turbo charged general purpose dog". They are everything from an intelligent turbo cuddly lap dog, to turbo ferocious killing machine. I find this 7 month old pit on the street with all the evidence of extreme abuse from birth and yet his character was unshaken. Shame that people either abuse or don't appreciate pit's tremendous potential. No other dog would go as far.

awesome, my question is how much crap do u get from people with dogs that muscular, I get all kinds of shit about my male staffie and my blue nose female, especially when my 16 year old 90lb daughter walks them, I have actually had one lady follow her home from a walk when she had the 2 big dogs and our 2 red/blue 7 month old pups out for a walk to tell me how unfit I was to let her be alone w such animals
