The 8-minute clip features Debbie talking about Nia and leading a class at OurNiaSpace studio in Obs, Cape Town. The insert also features footage from Nia South Africa's first appearance on Free Spirit in 2003!

    i'm attending NIA classes in Copenhagen, Denmark and I do have to say it is fantastic....life changing experience.... highly recommended to try...healing and joyful

    I used to dance in Debbie's studio in Portland with her or Carlos. It was a beautiful and rewarding. I recommend it to all!!
