hey i appreciate that sparring! good coach u have there and i see really good techniques, u sure know how to dodge the punches and have great quick jab! however you must improve your footworks! but really nice video!

@cardonaman haha yeah i guess its ok when coaches are a little douchey cuz u know its for your own good. plus i also learn when when things are drilled like that. but as long as its still fun in the end cuz thats what its all about
