This was just a "proto-version" they had barrels simulating passangers for testing purposes only.. the plane got seats just not this testing version of the a380.

This is the first test aircraft and it is still being used for testing; there is a small business class-type seating area on the upper deck for crew. There are other test aircraft that have been outfitted with 3-class interiors for service testing, crew training, etc...

when you were getting on the plane, u stopped and turned to the right, and filmed the plane's left wing. it appeared to be JFK's control tower. i couldn't tell though.
