Blame Henk Rogers and his stupid Tetris Guideline for that kinda BS in Tetris games. Those weird rotations are part of the "Super Rotation System," which must be used to be licensed as an "Authentic Tetris Game", which in turn is required to make Henk Rogers not threaten to sue.

So in short, you can thank Henk Rogers, the patron saint of executive meddling, for this kind of crappy design in every Tetris game since 2005.

That game sure is a bit different from the ones i'm used to play, the guy just drops a T in a hole and it's considered a T spin and at 1:47 he spins a _- in a hole that shouldn't have been possible to in other games :/
