This time of year people are thinking about Independence. I Love my Independence.

I'm Carmel Aaron. My parents brought me up to have good values and a love of Wellness.

I am certified in many Wellness & Fitness programs, and until last year I was held prisoner because of my own fat! I just hated it!
Now I have my own Independence from that FAT prison. I am FREE! I found the secret. I am a Certified Wellness Weight Management Coach. I Love teaching others. My Dad always says Carmel 'Don't Forget to Smell the Roses.' So, in honor of this time of year, and my dad, I want to help others achieve their own Independence too. I'm having a contest-A Fun Contest! It will be called "Don't Forget to Smell the Roses." Just make a video of the beauty in your area. It could be Roses, other flowers, Trees, Mountains, Streams, and thing that you feel is beautiful. (Only clean & Wholesome please) Then just 'talk to me'. Put the video on you and tell me why I should choose you to take my class for free. A class is 12 weeks. It is 90 Days to a New You.

The Charge for a 12 Week class is $250.00

I teach the program-it's the very best best. It will include tips & tricks, and the nutrition & supplements that promote fat loss. I'll send the program to you by computer, you will keep it in a folder on your computer, and a hard copy in a binder. I teach the Secrets of Fat Loss!! The videos must be in my Aug 15th '08'. New Classes will begin the first of September. Remember you could get the $250.00 for Free. I am looking for people who are coach-able. It won't work if you don't apply what I teach.
