Blackwater defends Iraq activities - 02 Oct 07

Trigger happy guards, who drink on duty and recklessly shoot innocent Iraqi civilians. Part of a damning picture portrayed of some contractors from the private U-S security firm, Blackwater, in a new US congressional report. The founder of the company has given evidence to the same committee who compiled the report at a congressional hearing in Washington DC. It comes hot on the heels of an incident in September which saw 11 Iraqi civilians killed and which is now being investigated by the FBI. Rob Reynolds reports.

I've been a soldier (1st SOG) my son and his mother are ones. Both have done tours in Iraq. Yes this poster is a propaganda machine BUT these Blackwater contractors ARE NOT SOLDIERS. You ever notice that Democrats never seem to be outraged by the suicide truck beheadings hiding populated areas Why Why arent they on the campaign trail and say real loud to those people to Sthere killing killing our soldiers the IEDs Why dont the liberals if they want Peace go over to Iraq and carry signs and protest and yell and scream in the government halls for the sake of all man kind I'll tell you why? The soldiers drink all the time, the mercenaries do too hell what do you expect people to do when you best freind just dies...Also its a private company they shouldnt be responsible for the innocent civilians being slaughtered. The people who were directly related to the incident should be tried for war crimes the company trains them they cant do much more than that..
