It's the David German 'Festive Trumpet Tune.' The church was very gracious to the 2009 Association of Anglican Musicians Conference in hosting the final Eucharist.
This is the Hollywood UMC in Hollywood, CA. If this was built in the '30's, it was one of many LA area churches built in the Gothic style, resplendent with large pipe organs. LA Congregational is another one. It had an Aeolian/Skinner that has since been enlarged to become the largest church pipe organ in the world.
