  • @mrmindstorms he said it's a 1.4 crop so it's a 1d (not 1ds) series camera. probably a 1d2 or 1d3 based on the time this video was made.

  • Some park deer are very tame. Throw some carrots their way and they will come running and will eat out of your hand. You can also set up salt licks, and other feeds to 'stage shots'. Photographing deer in a park is not their natural environment and gives you a chance to get some really unique shots that you may never get of wild deer.

    The technique used in the vid spooks them as its more akin to what the behavour of a predator would do. I am more knowledgeable of deer than photography.
