FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) -- Stuart Holden scored in the first minute of second-half injury time, giving the United States a 2-2 tie with Haiti on Saturday night in their final first-round game at the CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Davy Arnaud put the United States ahead in the sixth minute, but Haiti stunned the Americans with goals in the first four minutes of the second half by Sirin Vaniel and Mones Chery.

  • i was at this game :D

  • Lucky !! It Was A GreAT GAmE !!

  • I gotta say, i was under the impression that our U.S. team sucked huge balls in soccer, but after witnessing their performance in the confederation cup with the big boys im quite excited! I must admit i never liked soccer but i guess im starting to catch on to it! The MLS now has 19 teams, there will be 20 next year when Philly joins the MLS. It sure would be nice if soccer becomes HUGE here in the U.S. that way there is something to watch after basketball season and before football season :)

  • Haiti shoulda won.....

  • Yes it was mexico's b team

Vela n dos santos, barrera, juarez debuted like a few months before the gold cup, sabah n pinto, noriega, castro, all debuted during the gold cup, medina is old skoo n barely played

Sooo yeah it was basically a b team , n those only 2 players of USA that played tha gold cup n world cup only two that impressed:D

More than half of the mexico team impressed n r now in europe

  • That shot caused the earthquake in Haiti. It doesn't make sense because this was in foxborough, but still...

  • great game!!!!!!111

  • Origin of Baseball

Verified Source of Origin.... "The game of Rounders has been played in England since Tudor Times, with the earliest reference being in 1744 in "A Little Pretty Pocketbook" where it is called Baseball. +++ Answer

Basketball was invented in 1891, by James Naismith. +++ One of the earliest forms of soccer in which players kicked a ball around on a small field has been traced as far back to 1004 B.C. in Japan. ++ It's about time the USA gets on track with the rest of the world

  • soccer is new?? LOL

  • ok.. real mature. but listen so maybe they didnt bring their whole a team, but they definitely brought more people from their a team then the US did. and they only beat them yesterday on a goal in the last ten minutes. it was a good game and im convinced they're better than the US. the only point i was trying to make was that mexico did not bring the legit b team.

  • uhh yea it is...torrado took pardo or ramonsito's place, dos santos took cuauhtemoc's place, vela took nery's place, sabah hasn't even played in the selection before the gold cup, and media took guardado's place. so go suck on a dick since mexico still beat u.s.a's a team..now beat it and get lost
