greek sounds cool ^^

70's actually... This feature was released in 1976 and was written and directed by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo (creators of the Asterix comic!) in collaboration with their friend Pierre Tchernia.

Guessing it was released in the 80's in Greece.

Quite the opposite might i say. Greek language is not only rich in words, it's the words themselves that make sense, as they are not just ''compatible sounds''.
e.g geometry(γεωμετρία) = land(γη) + counting(μετρώ). Thus, a sentence in greek is more straightforward than, i guess, most languages.
Of course this doesn't apply to every word, plus most modern words derive from ancient greek and most greeks nowdays don't speak/read ancient greek well or not at all.

... greeks need really really much words to explain a content, i guess
