I dont care for Cryptic Writings and I dont listen to much of Youthanasia.
Even if they were my favourite albums it shouldnt matter and your taste isnt any better than mine.

@aitee101 This CD sucks except for 'Prince of Darkness'. That song rules!! I still remember they used that song as intro music during the RISK tour.

Personally, I quite dislike this album.
Fuck it, this album sucks balls. Makes me sad to listen to it, especially since Dave Mustaine didn't even like it, just shows they made it to appeal to the masses. I don't count this as a Megadeth album.

@aitee101 yeah it's not the best album, but I think it's better than metallica's st. anger album, but I just like it because it's megadeth XD

Risk is one of the most under-rated and hated-on album in the Thrash genre, its really sad too see songs like Crush 'Em, I'll Be There, Insomnia and the two Time: The Beginning and Time the End songs being overlooked. Im glad Megadeth had chosen that route for one album, its refreshing to listen too along with their heavier albums before and after. Risk happens to be my third favourite album from Megadeth.
