Hi, have you got a script for that? I'm trying to control an X and Y pad using the motion sensor but it just jumps all over the place. I don't seem to be able to find any tutorials directed at just that.

how do you connect ableton to the controller?

On PC: connect the wiimote to windows using bluetooth, then use the program GlovePIE to connect the Wiimote input values (like rotation, acceleration, buttons, etc) to MIDI output signals which are internally routed to Ableton, making those MIDI signals control stuff like filters, volumes, etc.

yes. You just need to buy a Wiimote and have a pc/mac with bluetooth support.

isnt it funny that the remote is more important of a tool than the gaming system? I find that fascinating. Yeah, it can have your computer pmp out Drum-n-Bass at the flick of your wrist! finally there is an easier way.

I couldn't agree more. Isn't it fascinating to see how suddenly everyone is jumping on the 'physical interaction' train? It like everyone would've wanted it for ages but all it took was someone to make a tool like the wiimote. Damn, could've made a lot of money launching a thing like that a year ago :)
