Kids are asked, "why do you want that skin color?" Renowned child psychologist and University of Chicago professor Margaret Beale Spencer, a leading researcher in the field of child development, led the study. She designed the pilot study and led a team of three psychologists: two testers to execute the study and a statistician to help analyze the results.

Her team tested 133 children from schools that met very specific economic and demographic requirements. In total, eight schools participated: four in the greater New York City area and four in Georgia.

This video gives us a better understanding of the perception of our younger generation.. this video isnt meant to stereotype people because of there race its showing us we need to do better in shaping the younger society by..accepting all people regardless of there skin color, cultural differences, and outlook on different situations..we should shape the younger future to accept and love ppl for the person they are not skin color..we are all people and human thats what matters... :-)

Mainstream media mind-control has worked well on these kids. If the children had said the opposite, would the documentary ever be televised? Of course not. This is why these experiments are NEVER carried out in countries where the children are happy with their color. Imagine the children's answers from Africa or Indonesia. We know exactly what they'd say and so would the producers. Such a programme would never be aired to a white audience as they'll be unable to feel superior toward other races.

This is fucking depressing beyond words.These children are so sweet and cute.I would love to be their teacher in their school and teach them that they are so beautiful.Me as a fair complected mixed race woman,this painfully shows why i have suffered such racism from those of darker complexions.This shows that this self hating mentality is almost karmically,and subconsciously passed on generation after generation.The girl in the blue shirt is so sweet omg!!

@rosettaspice Mm, I might be inclined to agree with you, except that I personally know the lead researcher in the study, and her motivations are solid. Now whether or not CNN can be trusted to make sense of the results in any meaningful way, I suppose that remains up for debate.

There is a book called "Brown Angels" by Walter Dean Myers, it's an album of real photos and poems about the beauty of BROWN skin. Every black child should have this book.
