KEEP COMING BACK DOCUMENTARY
This is the story of the street kid and heroin addict Suyash who, with the help of an alcohol consultant from Chicago and an Icelandic doctor of medicine, opened a treatment center in Kathmandu to give a second chance to addicts forgotten by society.
Against all odds this young mans fighting spirit inspired the foundation of the group Recovery Without Borders. Now an international charity organization that establishes treatment centers in third world countries, Recovery Without Borders brings new beginnings to abusers ignored by local ailing health-care systems.
Suyashs story tells how a single email sparked a connection with Chicagoan Jake Epperly that changed lives. The film follows Jake to Nepal as he helps Suyash establish his recovery centre. Along the way we meet a group of very different individuals from equally different backgrounds. Connected by a common foe, Suyash and his allies bring hope where there was none.
