I am in no way fat. the veins on my six pack continue to exist despite my complete lack of athleticism over these last seven years. I'll grant you, though, that when I used to exercise, I did so with passion.
Anyway, I was viewing this poorly informed video hoping to learn something. What I learned is that she is no expert on trans-fats.

Hey rachel or however you spell your name.
Fully hydrogenated oils are not trans fats. They're still hydrogenated, though.
Trans-bonded fats are not necessarily synthetically derived. They exist naturally in smaller amounts in cow's milk, for instance...though in much smaller concentrations.
You might also tell your audience that fully hydrogenated oils+fluid oils at room temperature are used to preserve food but don't technically have trans-fats in them and are still deleterious. Ta-Ta.

I think that she just wanted to say that the fats have been altered structurally, that would be to say that the structure has undergone a change from cis-type to trans which I don't actually kow but perhaps the body does not produce any enzymes to break down this particular kind of structure.

Your supposed to read a label? Working with your nose and feelings is SUPPOSED TO WORK OUT FOR PEOPLE. How are the mfg so sneaky to successfully adulterate the products? Nature doesn't read to eat. Please work harder on how to get the message out if it's so important. Right now I got some free peanut butter that is delicious and full of hydrogenated (trans fat). Please solve this problem because nobody can believe this as the stomach and nose is saying transfat is not a problem in peanut butter.

The chemists are working on slow death. Eating your way to the grave...Some people are hundreds of pounds before they die, so it seems like this isn't the quickest killer. I sure hope they come up with more ways to prove how this kills people that makes sense. People can't feel transfat causing a problem just after they eat it so...I hate the confusion. There must be a recongizable symptom immediately for people to know. Maybe they are supposed to die or maybe the chemists overrating their help.

I was referring to the girl in this video as a "hotty". You continually bash americans and although true americans have many issues on their plate such as thier economy. Americans and obesity go hand in hand. I on the other hand am not AMERICAN, I AM CANADIAN!

contrary to what our misleading agricultural sect of the government wants you, the stupid american consumer to think, fats are really good when you use them correctly. there are no "good" or "evil" fats, they are as fake as your disguise as a "hotty" (I honestly think you must be a fat cow if you are watching this). Americans have been led to believe that a pill or some miracle food will reduce weight. That is a lie. It takes strenuous excercise "hotty" to stay thin and athletic.

NERD, the hotty is letting you know TRANS FATS are killer and how YOU can tell the differance between good n evil fats. Bad fats cause heart disease and major health issues. Your DUMB because you bring up nonsense such as your friend road his tricycle to canada eating nothing but FATS.. Obviously you dont know what your talking about because what you wrongs makes no sense. It's like saying.. "my friend drove drunk from mexico to Canada and he didn't kill anyone" ?
