You can give someone tips on technique when they're tossing around a 45er. But whatever technique it takes to lift a 60kg kettlebell is the right technique.

respect man... really inpressive ... i train with a 32 kilo kettlebell and i find it really tuff to train with,and i also benchpress 110/120 kilo...but wow 60 kilo..you must really have knockout power

quick question guys... I can do 15 snatches, 20 jerks, and 15 presses with a 24kg KB. This is not to brag since most of you can lift heavier I know, but my question is, how do yo u know when its time to lift heavier weights? whats the best indicator?

@jimboslice201 i'd say you already need to move on, 32 should be fine, at first it might feel like a big transition but after a short while youll be working towards 10-15 presses with it, after 10 presses and 10 snatches its usually a good idea to move on.
