@CrocoGamers Well, I am a bodybuilder myself and if you'd like me to write personally to you, about this, then I will. As far as getting totally lean or having 5-6% body fat is concerned, it depends upon one's morphology and bodybuilders dehydrate themselves before contests for better appearance using diuretics like Lasix and use Winstrol + Neandrol(Decca danabol) a "safe" combination of steroids or nitro compounds to burn fat super quickly and get ripped. So, actually no one can be super lean!

Holy... Talk about over-developed upper lats and under-developed lower lats plus a high lat insertion = your back. ;D You might become the next Dennis James... But it's better to have the lower lats as good as your upper ones.

@VikramadityaKeskar no man i play soccer and rugby, i always do sports and go out and stuff but im in school and its really hard to diet because on low carb diets im always hungry and if i dont eat bread to get filled up im sleeping in school. I'm already really fit but i wanna have his physique which is not as simple as what you said
